Well, well, well. December has snuck right up on me SO quick it’s not even funny! I still haven’t stepped on the scale simply because I know I fell off so bad last month and I’m really kind of scared to be honest. **Praying I haven’t gained not one pound**
So, my sister Shan, is also on her own weight loss journey and decided to start a 10lbs in 10 days challenge and I decided to join her along with her hubby and my baby sister.
I decided to start setting smaller goals because the big ones because those seem to really throw me for a loop, add on too much pressure. I know I have a lot of weight to lose and I really, honestly want to lose it really fast, I’m talking like those people on The Biggest Loser, but then again I have to be a little bit more realistic. Even though I know I can do it, I still am having some struggles that are keeping me from dropping like the Biggest Loser contestants, but with this challenge my sister started, I’m going to push to get these 10lbs gone in these next 10 days.
I’m so far behind on my weight loss goal right now, but I’m not going to beat myself up for it. Getting ready to set some new goals for the new year and I’m going to meet them all.
Over the weekend, my friends and I talked about our Jamaica trip so I know I have to get on it because we’ve set a date so I have some time to get this body weight under control and back in shape.
