Now this is definitely TV worth watching. My sister got me addicted to this show last season and I swear I’d race home no matter where I was just so I can catch it. The story line, the suspense, the way “Pope” would shut those suckers down kept me on the edge of my seat every episode. Needless to say, I was happy when they decided to bring it back for season 2. I mean seriously, they would’ve been crazy not to.

According to Rhimes, season 2 will center around the troubled relationship between Pope and the President.

“I think it’s a very fraught relationship… I feel like that couple, they clearly have this relationship that is very permanent, that’s not going to go anywhere, and yet the obstacles that keep them apart are huge and fairly insurmountable. [His wife] Mellie [Bellamy Young] is pregnant and there’s a lot going on.”

This season will also expose some of the secrets of exactly who is Quinn Perkins and what First Lady Mellie is REALLY up to!!!
