The Biggest Loser The Biggest Loser: The Key To My Motivation

For a while I had lost my motivation. It’s like I couldn’t get myself together for anything. I didn’t want to exercise, eat right, or do anything to keep me on track with my weight loss goals/progress and I was looking to get myself back on track.

I had forgotten all about The Biggest Loser this season and for some reason one of the days that I was feeling unmotivated, it was the first thing that popped up in my mind. It came on almost a month ago so needless to say I had to catch up on all the past episodes.

After watching and catching up on the episodes, I was able to gain my motivation back. This season, they are doing a battle of the ages and there is this one lady on there that is 63 years old, Bonnie, that made so much progress from the first show. It really amazed me how they are fighting so hard to get rid of the weight and how the middle age group are pretty much DOMINATING all the challenges and the weigh-ins. I was really ready to get back in the gym and get off my ass and keep making it happen. I was so happy to learn that even though I hadn’t been exercising much that I still had dropped 2lbs. That was even more reason for me to get back on track.

So, I am once again back to the old me and my determination has picked back up tremendously. I’m in the 3 teens so I’m really headed to my under 300 goal. Even if I don’t make it this month, I’m going to get really, really close because I am determined. No matter what age you are you can do it. I’m going to keep watching The Biggest Loser because it helps keep me motivated. I have been a fan since the show started so now it’s time for me to be the biggest loser for myself.

I decided to keep up with the contestant Ramon because he was closest to my current weight. So I definitely am going to have to challenge myself a little be harder because I want to stay on track so by the time the finale comes I will be down a really good amount. I want to be to at least about 250 by the finale! I will be sure to keep you all posted.

Here is a picture of Ramon. Ramon is 27 years old, he started out at 355 and his current is 311 as of week 3. Now I haven’t seen week 4 just yet and I’m sure he’s still weighing less than me right now but he was the closest so I’m going to try to stay as close to him as possible.

Stay tuned.
