Nothing like some good ole fashioned Twitter beef to get you motivated to head to the studio.
Just the other day, Teyana Taylor and Rihanna were going HAM on each other via Twitter over the video Rihanna’s posted to her Instagram of her hairstylist wearing a wig and singing the same Anita Baker song Teyana posted a couple weeks ago.
The two got into a real heated discussion via Twitter and there were a lot of words slung back and forth even to the point where Teyana saying Rihanna had “industry p______” and Rihanna saying she hated “broke b*tches.” Well, all of this must have motivated the Google Me singer to get in the studio because just a few hours ago, she posted the picture above of her and rapper Fabulous in the studio as well as a snippet of one of her songs.
With all the tweefing (Twitter beef) that was going on, both of the girls were at risk of losing very lucrative endorsement deals and their fans had gone so far as to start up a Change.org petition to stop those endorsement checks. Yes, we know cyber bullying is real, which is something I will never understand but anyway, and it’s not right because some people have actually taken their lives behind it, but we all know when it comes to celebrities, it’s nothing more than a publicity stunt. I mean lets be real.
After all the mess occurred, Rihanna’s hairstylist spoke out saying that pretty much the whole video shenanigan was blown out of proportion and that it wasn’t directed towards Teyana Taylor, but seriously though do we honestly believe that. I mean yes, it was a joke that she didn’t find too funny, but it was obviously geared towards her!
Check out Teyana laying down tracks in the studio.
