Here is a quick, easy high protein meal that you can eat at breakfast, as a snack or after a workout.


  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • brown sugar to taste
  • cinnamon (sprinkle)
  • margarine (optional)
  • 1 tsb of peanut butter or almond butter (with crunch add texture)
