If Q Parker doesn’t motivate you to get fit with his fitness calendar then I don’t know what will baby. The former 112 member is so serious about his fitness mission, this is his third fitness calendar and he’s actually releasing it on the same day as he’s dropping his The MANual album, on October 30th.
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness month, he wrote a song “I’ll Wear Pink For You” (listen here) which also encourages men to wear pink to symbolize the support for women who have battled and survived breast cancer as well as encourage women to perform monthly self-exams and have their mammograms done annually.
I have to say I’m seriously feeling the song and in remembrance of those I’ve lost, my maternal grandmother and 2nd cousin to breast cancer as well as to honor my mom who is a survivor of 4.5 years and counting. I really appreciate Q Parker and all he does in an effort to fight for the cure!
