WOW! Nowadays, you can’t even care enough about the hungry to feed them.

A Pennsylvania woman, Angela Prattis, 41, is a regular ole good Samaritan that was doing a good deed by feeding the hungry which lead to her being fined for being in violation of a zone law that prohibits feeding the hungry on private property.

Angela is now being threatened with a $600 a-day-fine if she continues this “criminal activity” of feeding the hungry she runs across daily.

Fox News reported that Angela donates food, which is provided by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia during the summer months, under a tented area on her own property.

The fine would come from the fact that she was feeding the hungry, handing out food, in a residential zone. According to the township, she would have to pay $1000 in administrative fees to request variance from the zoning board.

The business manager of Chester township, William Pisarek, said he doesn’t feel the need to proceed with fining Angela nor asking her to stop feeding the hungry.

“I don’t think it’s my responsibility to go to her to say, ‘Why don’t you come to talk to me to see if there’s something that we can do to help your program,’” he told Fox News.

Although Angela is being threatened with the fines, that’s not going to stop her from feeding those in need.
