Basketball Wives newcomer Tasha Marbury admits she was a little nervous about filming the show with the other ladies. I mean seriously, who can blame her. We’ve all seen how wild and crazy these chicks can get with scratching, slapping, bullying and even throwing bottles at each other. It’s a wonder none of them haven’t had to have reconstructive surgery with all the licks they take and keep on ticking.
Sister 2 Sister caught up with Tasha for a little tea on how she felt about joining the Basketball Wives cast and that’s when she admitted to being “really nervous.”
On deciding to be apart of the Basketball Wives cast:
I decided to do ‘Basketball Wives’ this year because I wanted to kind of step out of my husband’s shadow, and I thought it would be a great experience. And to do something new.
On being nervous about shooting the show:
I was really nervous, the first three or four times that I filmed. I didn’t know whether there was going to be fighting or things thrown at [me]. I just didn’t know what to expect. I just prayed about it.
As we saw from the sneak peek of the show before it aired, she was already making a bad name for herself with Evelyn Lozada as she made a joke about her wearing a helmet when she goes on date, pretty making light of her head-butting incident with her now ex-husband Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson.
Also, check out this story about Ev saying she would’ve stayed with Chad if her head-butting incident was kept private HERE.
