Natural Way To Relieve Gas & Bloating Symptoms

I’m sure many of you have experienced some type of bloating or gas buildup that was too painful to withstand.  Last night I had an episode of gas buildup in my lower abdominal area and it really had me cramping.  I decided to try drinking an eight ounce cup of water with Baggs Apple Cider Vinegar in it.   I didn’t know what to expect or if this method would help ease my pain.
