National WALK IN STILETTOS DAY (TM)
The National Walk In Stilettos Day (TM) was founded and launched by Karlena Wallace, founder of Stiletto Woman Media. It’s a day for women to collectively celebrate their independence and reaffirm their innermost dreams and aspirations. On September 22, 2012, we will claim our confidence and courageously dream bigger, renew our innate gifts, and honor our truest selves.
Who can participate? Walk in Stilettos Day is for any person desiring to claim their independence and confidence to dream bigger, ignite a passion, and live courageously.
How do you participate? 1) Between now and September 22, claim your confidence and courage to live out your passion. 2) Take a picture in your stilettos bravely standing tall and declaring your dream or passion. 3) Post your photo on our Facebook page and tell us your dream in 25 words or less.
What’s in it for you? Self-acceptance. Personal strength. New possibilities. Dream-building affirmation. Denouncement of fear. Rebirth and rebuild. Communal support. Increased courage. Eradicate barriers, and then some!
And on September 24, 2012 one individual will be awarded a $100 gift to purchase a new pair of stilettos in celebration of their newfound or renewed!
