I have always been a huge fan of Barbie since I was a little girl. In fact, I used to collect Barbies and still have some dolls from the 90s that are still in their original box unopened and untouched.

The other day, I received my Barbie Collector catalog in the mail, which I get every month or so, and I was just infatuated with the new Bond Diamond Barbie Doll getting ready to come out. I was all excited. Went on the website and grabbed the pics and posted them both to my Facebook fan page, Tumblr, Twitter and Pinterest. I just thought this doll was too gorge, which she is, and had to share her with everyone else because when I was growing up, I didn’t remember them being so fab and glamorous.

I don’t know if I have been under a rock or not, but shortly after I started seeing other blogs talking about how Mattel was releasing their first Drag Queen Barbie. I was thinking to myself “what the what” and wondering how did I miss that. To my surprise, it was their newest doll that I had become to love. No wonder why she was EXTRA fab and glamorous. But seriously I think Barbie is just doing TOO MUCH.. The absolute MOST as it relates to this whole drag queen Barbie business.
