NBC’s “Deception” star Laz Alonso graced the cover of JET Magazine. The Jumping The Broom actor chatted it up with Jet about being single in Hollywood, and how he wants to be married before he has kids.
On Being Labeled a Heartthrob:
“I don’t take it too seriously because looks fade. We all are going to get older and that whole heartthrob label will go to someone else… Regardless of how you look, the way you make a person feel, that’s eternal.”
On Relationships:
“When dating somebody, I like to see them laugh and make the times we spend together more fun than they could ever imagine.”
On Fatherhood:
“I want kids— just not out of wedlock… Because my father died when I was young, I’m extra cautious about not creating a single-parent home.”
Well I guess not every man wants to run around dropping seeds everywhere and having baby mamas all over town.
I love to see a man that’s not only good looking but that still has morals and values, believes in marriage before children. I knew there was a reason I liked Laz now I think I love him. *giggle*
