Jordin Sparks Lets Us In On Her Workout Routine

A couple weeks ago, I did a post on Jordin Sparks posing in a teenie weenie blue bikini on the cover of Shape Magazine. Now Jordin is going a little further and letting us in on her secret as to how she shed a whopping 50 lbs. By combining cardio with strength training moves, Jordin was able to change the shape of her body into the slender frame we see today. I’m definitely going to incorporate these into my routine. I actually purchased a jump rope a few weeks ago that I have yet to use.
