Magazine CovHER: Janelle Monáe For Hype Hair

Janelle Monáe better serve us some of that CoverGirl natural beauty on the cover of this magazine.

I don’t know about y’all but I love me some Janelle Monáe. I remember the first time I saw her was in the Outkast “Morris Brownvideo hopping off the fireplace mantel with her big Afro and then later in the back of the car rocking her signature natural Mohawk and rocking a suit.

New Video: Janelle Monae — Electric Lady

One thing I love about Janelle is the fact that she’s not afraid to rock her natural hair, natural beauty and goes against the grain when it comes to her style and how she dresses. She’s made it very clear that she’s here to make you listen to and pay attention to her music rather than her body.

The Electric Lady” Janelle Monáe is the cover girl for Hype Hair magazine’s January/February 2016 issue. She is slaying us to sleep with her natural beat and red lipstick and her big hair don’t care.

Inside the issue, Janelle Monáe’s spread features her breaking down her CoverGirl beauty and her ever-changing hairdos.

Also featured on the cover of Hype Hair magazine current issue is none other than timeless beauty Gabrielle Union who shaded the hell out of Stacey Dash the other day saying “who is that”? Other banging beauties are Growing Up Hip Hop reality stars Angela Simmons, Kristinia DeBarge and Egypt Criss.
