I’m a bit behind with updating you all on how my 60 day workout program has been going with Insanity as the founder and I took the time to revamp the site for the better. So I am trying to update you all as quickly as possible. Currently, I’m in Week 4 of this program, so one more week and you all will be completely up to date with how things are going. So here goes week 2, it’s going to be really short and sweet.
Okay so, working out is good for your outer appearance but what the heck is it doing to my bones? My bones and muscles were in shock. When I tell you my body was so sore during this week, it was hard to work. I recall standing over my client’s head and my knees, thighs, and legs felt like they were on fire, I had to pull my stool up and have a seat for a little while so that I could work sitting down. Now I know I am not the only one that have experienced this, right? Has anyone ever worked out so hard that it may have cause discomfort while working? Yeah I’m sure you have, if you haven’t guess what? Go a little harder.
