So I just got done with my morning workout and I’m feeling really good. Didn’t make it to the gym so I dusted off one of my many workout DVDs, Denise Austin Power Zone, and got my workout on! I really love Denise Austin because her workouts are intense and specifically made for a woman. I’ve lost 34lbs once before just doing her workout DVD i the morning before I went to work so I know she’ll get the weight off. Whenever I don’t make it to the gym or bootcamp, I make sure I workout with one of my DVDs at home or go walking in my neighborhood. It was raining today so I stayed inside.
I had a meltdown right before I started working out and got real emotional about my weight but didn’t let that stop me from getting my workout on. It was what I needed, sometimes I hate crying. Well I HATE crying. At times I think I’m worse than the average man because crying is the LAST thing I will do, but they say crying is good for the soul so hey I shed maybe 5 tears this morning and that’s seriously about all it was.
I’m so looking forward to the new improved, healthier, sexier, slimmer me! I can already picture myself in my head. I’m know at first I’m going to look really funny to myself because everything will be shrinking, but hey, that’s a good thing, right?
Well I hope everyone enjoys their Friday, I know I am! I have an eventful weekend ahead so I’m definitely looking forward to that.
