“Dirty hair makes my hair grow.” A myth some people believe which may be true, but did you how that an unclean scalp can cause hair loss?
Your overall health and nutrition along with a healthy, undamaged scalp, is grounds for healthy hair growth. Like a tree can not survive if its roots lack water and nourishment through the soil, your hair can’t survive living in a malnutrition body. Unlike a tree who’s environment is dirty, your hair can not blossom through a dirty scalp.
The hair is nourished from the inside out. It starts from the Hair bulb, area under the scalp that we don’t see, and received nourishment through the blood. The hair that comes out of the scalp is a result of the health of the body in which it lives. When your scalp remains dirty with debri build up, it blocks the oxygen flow to the hair bulb and follicle. Oxygen is essential to hair growth. It encourages growth by allowing the scalp to breathe.
Let your scalp inhale the fresh air and grow your hair.
