The photo above really made me giggle, but I could actually imagine doing naked yoga with my mate. I mean why not, I’m sure it’ll be some good foreplay, right? Well, maybe not, but it will definitely help enhance your sexual activity as well all know that yoga is good for getting you to do some awkward positions you never thought possible. I mean, what if you would use those same moves in bed? That would drive your man wild, right???
While browsing over at Frugivore Mag, I ran across a post about workouts that were best for your sex life. Now who doesn’t want to surprise their man and put the slick moves on him that have him thinking about you all day long???? I meeeeeaaaan, every girl wants to think that’s she’s putting it down between the sheets right, so why not slick get your workout on as well. Who says exercise has to ALWAYS be inside a gym?
Pole Dancing: This is a given. Lately pole fitness has really become a regular conversation when hanging out with your girls. I’ve been to a few pole parties and have to admit it’s not only fun, but a great workout. I definitely have a new found respect for SKRIPPERS because it’s take a lot of upper body strength to do all those tricks and twirling on that pole. The last class I went to, the lady was actually trying to help me flip upside down. YES, ME!!! I had to make her stop because I didn’t want to be responsible for the damages!!! But, as we all know, pole dancing is sexy and definitely a turn on for your man. You get up in those classes and learn a few tricks, he’ll forget all about the strip clubs and make it rain on his own whore (I mean that in a GOOD way)**wink**
Salsa: I love watching people salsa, it’s such a seductive dance. The routine has you moving and shaking all over the place plus it helps you with flexibility, strength and endurance. Y’all see how those men be flipping those women like they’re a paper dolly. It’s just so sexy!!!
Zumba: I have yet to try a Zumba class, but while at the gym I see chicks moving and shaking all over the place. All that jumping, kicking and sweating is bound to get you in shape plus it’s a great cardio workout which will help you in the bedroom when your man is thinking you all acrobatic and you won’t get tired quick.
Naked Yoga: Now this is something I didn’t even think about. I love me some yoga because they have you doing all kind of awkward moves you didn’t think you couldn’t. Now just imagine you in downward dog position and your man is getting it in from the back now that would be something serious. **fans self** Okay, y’all I’m back. All those yoga moves will definitely put a serious spin on your sex life, not to mention, you’ll be hella flexible and he can flip you any kind of way and you’ll be like “bring it on boo!”
Soooooo, how many of y’all gone try the naked yoga???? I think I just might! **wink**
