Beauty Tips: 5 Ways To Protect Your Skin From Discoloration

Since I’ve gained weight, my skin has experienced some serious discoloration issues. It’s gotten dark in some areas and I have been trying to find ways to get my skin back to its original complexion. I’ve been hoping that with my continuous weight loss  that my skin will eventually return to its original color, but in the meantime I’ve still been doing what I can to change it til I reach my ideal weight goal.

If there are little flakes on the tape, it’s time to freshen up!

2. Got milk?

Many times, we focus on treating the exposed portions of the skin such as the face and hands, but our whole body needs proper TLC. Ward off sun damage and discoloration by using a sun milk product with SPF.
