For some reason, I’ve always like Amber Rose. To me, she just seems like a real down-to-earth kinda chick and isn’t with all that Hollywood-type-of-life crap even though she lives the “Hollywood life.”
As a woman who has never had a baby, I don’t know what it’s like to try and drop baby weight, but as a woman who has struggled with, and still is struggling with my weight, I know how hard it can be to lose even a pound much less 30-40lbs of baby weight.
Celebrity women seem to have some type of super powers or something because they can drop a baby one week and the next snap back to their post-baby weight with no problem, but there are others like Amber Rose who wasn’t willing to get nip-tucked just to shake her baby weight, but did it the natural way.
Amber took to her Instagram to talk to her “rosebud” followers about her struggle to shake the last of her baby weight.
I’m almost at my goal weight. Just 7 pounds to go! Absolutely no surgery just diet & exercise. Most celebs give u false hope when u have a baby ( My son was 9lbs) and in 3 months ur supposed to be skinny again….. It’s not realistic in most cases. It takes 6 weeks to heal before u could even work out. Anyway, the moral of the story is losing baby weight the natural way takes longer but it’s much healthier for ur body and helps u stay strong to carry another baby. So don’t put ur life at risk for societies standards of when ur suppose to lose ur pregnancy weight. Take ur time & don’t take the easy way out – Muva
Amber said a mouthful then. Looks like she also put a couple of new moms on blast. I’m thankful for real women like Amber who aren’t afraid to keep it real and stay away from the needles and knives.
She looks great and is definitely motivation for me and plenty of other women out there!!!
