Affirmations: Positive Thoughts Equal Positive Results

While reading “You Can Create An Exceptional Life” by Louise Hay and Cheryl Richardson, Louise listed lots of affirmations she uses daily and some of them really stuck out at me and I begin using them as well.

Here are some of the affirmations I chose:

For Healing:

I love myself, and I forgive myself.

My body knows how to heal itself.

I love every inch of my body.

My healthy cells grow stronger everyday.

I love myself.

When I First Wake Up And Open My Eyes:

Thank you Jesus for blessing me with another day. (One of my own)

All is well. I have time for everything I need to do today.

This is a blessed day.

Looking In The Bathroom Mirror:

Good morning, Meiqua. I love you. I really, really love you.

You look beautiful as always (one of my own I tweaked).

Your hair and makeup looks flawless.

In The Shower:

I love my body, and my body loves me.

The water feels so good.

My life is so blessed.

I am showered with good thoughts all day long!

Getting Dressed:

I always pick the best thing to wear.

I trust my inner wisdom to pick the perfect outfit for me.

When Driving:

I am surrounded by good drivers, and I send love into all the cars around me.

I bless my car with love.

I send love to every person on the road.

Throughout The Day:

I love my life.

I love this day.

For Prosperity:

I prosper wherever I turn.

My income is constantly increasing.

I am worthy of abundance.

Abundance flows into my life in surprising ways every day.

There are so many more in her book, but those are just a few I chose. I am definitely glad I took the time to read this book because it has helped improved my thought process and like I said before I am already seeing a wonderful, positive change! I encourage anyone who is having struggles with creating an exceptional life to get this book.
